  • Shadowed the group of professionals that implement digital solutions for the promotion of IQOS to retailers in Greece and the United Kingdom. (Specifically, the group was responsible for managing and allocating the content, in order to facilitate the digital engagement and as an effect educate the particular audience.)

  • I learned and practiced Digital Trade Engagement, Customer Relationship Management and understood the essence of Disruptive Marketing based on the market’s persona, through the use of specific software (Salesforce and Jira).
